These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Flair website and any purchase of products made through it (the “Website”). References to “Flair”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Flair, operated by Morocco House Limited, registered in England and Wales.
By using this Website or placing an order through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
1. Our Products
Flair offers a curated selection of handcrafted home décor, furniture, lighting, textiles, ceramics, candles, gourmet products and related lifestyle accessories.
Due to the artisanal nature of our Products and the use of natural materials, variations in colour, texture, grain, finish and dimensions may occur. These variations are inherent to the Products and form part of their character and authenticity. They do not constitute defects. All dimensions and measurements provided are approximate.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order on this Website and enter into a legally binding contract with Flair, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete and current personal, billing and delivery information, including a valid physical delivery address. We do not accept deliveries to PO boxes or poste restante services.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
All Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected Products in accordance with these Terms.
A contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation email from Flair confirming acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, where payment authorisation has failed, a Product is unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. Pricing, Currency and Taxes
Prices on the Website are displayed in the local currency of the country from which you access the Website. For customers located in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, prices are shown in GBP, EUR or USD respectively. For customers accessing the Website from any other country, prices are automatically displayed in USD.
For customers located in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, prices displayed on the Website include applicable VAT or sales tax at the rate in force in the country of delivery, where required by law. Where applicable, taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination.
For customers outside these territories, customs duties, import taxes and local charges may apply. Where available, such charges may be prepaid at checkout and settled on your behalf via our delivery partners. Where not prepaid, these charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and may be requested by the carrier prior to delivery. Flair has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size and weight. Free standard delivery is offered on all UK orders over £250.
5. Payment Methods
Flair offers several secure payment methods to ensure a smooth and flexible checkout experience. We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payment solutions made available through Shopify Payments and its approved partners. Depending on the customer’s country of residence, additional local payment methods may be available at checkout.
For certain orders, payment by bank transfer may be offered upon request. Orders paid by bank transfer will only be processed once cleared funds have been received in full.
All payments must be completed in full before an order can be processed or dispatched. Flair does not store or have access to payment card details. All transactions are processed securely by our payment service providers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Flair dispatches orders from the United Kingdom using selected delivery partners.
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and a wide range of international destinations worldwide. The list of available delivery countries and services is displayed at checkout. If your destination does not appear as an option, or if you require a bespoke shipping solution, please contact us at contact@flair-interiors.com.
For in-stock items delivered within the United Kingdom, orders typically arrive within 48 hours, depending on the delivery service selected at checkout.
European and international deliveries generally take between 2 and 10 business days, depending on the destination, delivery service chosen at checkout and customs clearance procedures. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
Certain Products are made-to-order or bespoke. In such cases, production typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks, followed by delivery of approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Once production has commenced, delays caused by artisanal processes, environmental conditions, transport disruptions, customs inspections or force majeure events shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
7. Undelivered or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Flair due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs duties, incorrect delivery details, or failure to collect from a courier collection point, Flair reserves the right to deduct all applicable return shipping, handling and restocking costs before issuing any refund.
8. Returns and Right to Cancel
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Products that are made-to-order, bespoke, personalised, purchased on sale, or consist of opened candles, oils or gourmet items are non-refundable.
9. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify Flair within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence, including images of the packaging. Following assessment, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts and designs, is the exclusive property of Flair or its licensors. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, Flair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. Flair’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Flair collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Force Majeure
Flair shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, pandemics, transport failures, labour disputes or extreme weather conditions.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Amendments
Flair reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
