Welcome to Flair (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from [www.flair-interiors.com] (“Website”).
By accessing or purchasing through our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use the Website.

 

2. Our Products

We offer handcrafted home décor, furniture, lighting, textiles, ceramics, candles, gourmet products, and related accessories (“Products”).

As many of our pieces are handmade and unique, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of their artisanal character and do not constitute defects.
Product dimensions are approximate; small variations may occur.

 

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if a Product is out of stock or there is an error in pricing).
The contract is formed only when you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT as stated.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice before you place your order.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, and we do not store your payment information.
By providing payment details, you confirm you are the authorised holder of the payment method.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom, European Union, and worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • In-stock items: 2–3 working days.
  • Made-to-order items: up to 14 weeks, depending on the item (production time 4–8 weeks + delivery 4–6 weeks).

Please note that production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Flair works closely with independent artisans whose craftsmanship depends on seasonal, environmental, and logistical factors that may occasionally cause delays.

For instance, rug production may be affected by weather conditions (rugs cannot dry during periods of rain or humidity), and during extreme heat, working hours may be shortened for artisans’ safety. Such circumstances are beyond our control and do not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation once production has begun.

For bespoke or custom-made items, production may take longer as the design, materials, and finishes must be validated and approved before production starts. Estimated lead times will be confirmed once final specifications are approved.

Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a binding agreement. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control (e.g. customs inspections, strikes, weather conditions, or transport interruptions).

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, customs, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most Products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at returns@flair-interiors.com.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order or customised pieces
  • Bespoke or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Perishable or opened goods (candles, oils, gourmet products, etc.)

If a Product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

 

7. Product Warranty

We warrant that Products are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose for 12 months from delivery.

This warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or use
  • Variations inherent to natural or handmade materials

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected item.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, photographs, designs, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive property of Flair or its partners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill;
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear;
  • Variations in handmade or natural materials;
  • Delays resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including artisan schedules, weather conditions, or transport disruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the Product.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, weather conditions, or transport interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
