Vacuum regularly to remove dust. Blot spills with mild soap and cold water. Avoid oxygen cleaners. For deeper cleaning, use a mix of mild detergent and lukewarm water with a soft brush. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Professional cleaning recommended.

Complimentary UK delivery is available on in-stock items only for orders over £250.

For items currently in stock, estimated transit times are:

UK orders (small or large items): 2-8 business days depending on the service selected
Europe: 5–11 business days depending on the service selected
United States: 5-11 business days depending on the service selected

We use Royal Mail and DPD for parcels under 30kg. For large and bulky pieces, we offer doorstep delivery via DX Freight or other specialist furniture and freight carriers.

Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production and an additional 4-6 weeks for shipping.

Shipping costs for made-to-order items are calculated separately and are not eligible for complimentary UK delivery, regardless of order value.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the piece and destination. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to arrange the return.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note: we do not accept returns on made-to-order items, as these pieces are produced specifically for your order.

For individual customers, we offer a 14-day return policy in line with our standard terms.

For commercial use, including interior design projects, styling, photoshoots, or trade orders - our standard return policy does not apply.
