Complimentary UK delivery is available on in-stock items only for orders over £250.

For items currently in stock, estimated transit times are:

We use DPD for parcels under 30kg and DX Freight for large or bulky pieces.

Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production and an additional 4-6 weeks for shipping.

Shipping costs for made-to-order items are calculated separately and are not eligible for complimentary UK delivery, regardless of order value.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the piece and destination. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

UK returns are free of charge for orders over £250. For orders under £250, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
