Flair dispatches orders from the United Kingdom using selected delivery partners.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and a wide range of international destinations worldwide. The list of available delivery countries and services is displayed at checkout. For in-stock items delivered within the United Kingdom, orders typically arrive within 48 hours, depending on the delivery service selected at checkout.

European and international deliveries generally take between 2 and 10 business days, depending on the destination, delivery service chosen at checkout and customs clearance procedures. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Certain Products are made-to-order or bespoke. In such cases, production typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks, followed by delivery of approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Once production has commenced, delays caused by artisanal processes, environmental conditions, transport disruptions, customs inspections or force majeure events shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
