SHIPPING
We offer secure delivery across the UK, the European Union, and worldwide. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Complimentary delivery is available on all UK orders over £250 for in-stock items.
For items currently in stock, estimated transit times are:
- UK orders (small or large items): 24-48 hours depending on the service selected
- Europe: 2–11 business days depending on the service selected
- United States: 2-11 business days depending on the service selected
We use DPD for parcels under 30kg and DX Freight for large or bulky pieces.
Made-to-order items: please allow 6-8 weeks for production and an additional 4-6 weeks for shipping. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the piece and destination. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
RETURNS
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
UK returns are free of charge for orders over £250. For orders under £250, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Please note: we do not accept returns on made-to-order items, as these pieces are produced specifically for your order.
